Software Solutions 4U LLC is committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund process.
Although all products are delivered digitally, we follow Google Merchant Center requirements for returns,
exchanges, product condition, refund windows, and processing times.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept both returns and exchanges for:
- Defective digital products
- Non-defective digital products
Product Condition: New only (digital key or product must not be activated or used)
Return Window: 30 days from purchase
Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
A return or exchange may be requested if:
- The digital product is defective
- The activation key does not work
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible
- You received the wrong digital product
- The product remains unused and unactivated
To qualify, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots or video evidence (if applicable)
Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds or returns cannot be provided in the following situations:
- The digital product has already been activated or used
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental or duplicate orders
- Wrong email address provided and delivery was completed
- Loss of access due to customer-side device or technical issues
How to Request a Return or Refund
All return requests are handled by email. No physical return is required, but all return steps comply with Google’s “By mail” return classification.

Upon request, we provide a free downloadable return authorization PDF, which serves as your digital
“return label” for compliance—no physical shipping needed.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within
10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery & Access Issues
If you did not receive your digital product because of:
- Email delivery failure
- Incorrect or broken download link
- Email provider blocking the message
Contact us within 48 hours and we will resend or restore access at no additional cost.
Defective or Non-Working Digital Products
If your digital product is corrupted or the activation key is not working, notify us within
48 hours at support@softwaresolutions4u.com. We will provide a replacement or,
if a replacement is not possible, a full refund.
